    Black card photography, looks interesting?

    its similar to what you used to do in the darkroom to burn the sky, instead of holding the card in place, if you shuffle it slightly while exposing, you'll feather the exposure

    A nice cheap alternative to a set of cokin graduated filters.

    Seems you have to shuffle it for this method too or you get a distinct line, you can see it in one of the example photos.

    This is pretty clever
