av/hifi rack?

Right just ordered a new speaker setup and thought it was best to get a new hifi rack as there is a bit to much dust in the room so my AV receiver isnt impressed , trying to maximise life but cant put anything on top so need a rack.

Height 140cm (i dont see this being reached!)

been looking around and there doesnt seem to be that much out there, not sure what i really want at the minute but it needs to be low price ( ~£50) and i guess something like black glass is preferable as my pioneer avr is black and so will all my other units on the shelf when i buy them .

Any suggestions appreciated !

No one has suggestions? Damn, struggling to find a cheap one with a relatively large spaced shelf for my avr .

When I bought mine several years ago, it cost a small fortune.

You may have to consider some kind of compromise....whether it's aesthetics or price......or if you know someone who is good at making stuff, try and strike a deal with them.

I've got one in the loft gathering dust, spiked feet, spikes for shelves etc.

Will go and measure it but it will be a bugger to post!

Yeah i think i may have to make a compromise shaithis... i was planning on making my own by purchasing some ikea lack tables as they're only £5 each(http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/pr...340/#/20011408) and are a perfect size, seems alot of people have done this and simply cut the legs down to the size they need a shelf and stack them ontop of each other (screwing them together in the process ofc) but alas Ikea is like 150miles away from me... bloody useless .

Will try some furniture stores this week or the next to see if theres some good secondhand stuff but im doubtful .
