On the hunt for a new TV

Am on the hunt for a new TV to take away with me when I move to my new place in weston. I don't havwe the bggest room in the workd up there but I reckon I can get away with a 27 inch TV.

Have been looking at the Samsung and LG models, ideally want something with a headphone socket. I'm totally out of touch with this market given that I quit retail almost 2 years ago.

USB socket that plays DIVX would be good too

Have you thought of getting another screen and using the computer as your media centre and TV??

I did but sadly thats not an option, the room I will have won't be big enough to accomodate my PC, thats going in the living room.

I think Samsung if you ever want it as pc monitor in the future. LG/Sharp do 26" if on a budget.

I would urge you to go 32” especially if the price is same. Got one recently and it sits nicely on my workstation where pc monitor once sat.

Ended up snagging a 32 inch Toshiba for £249 which I didn't think that was too bad for price, ok not the rgest TV in the world but alot cheaper that the 27 inch LG I was looking at.
