    Solid internet/dab alarm clock radio?

Wondering if some of you could give me some suggestions on a streaming alarm clock, i have been searching for months to replace my alarm clock and i need something but i havent really found the holy grail .

    Almost bought this : http://www.richersounds.com/product/...irstream-nd-bk

The price is fine (albeit id rather cheaper!), I dont need the sound to be amazing but i guess it has to be tolerable... my a/v solution is in my room so high end audio listening is done via that and so this is just simply using as an alarm clock or the odd streaming without running all my speakers.

    My short list on features:
    1. DAB radio
    2. <£80
    3. Alarm clock
    4. Easy to use (when i wake up i dont want a mass of UI !)
    5. Look ok
    6. extra connections - Wifi streaming and 3.5mm connections, bonus feature really i wont lose sleep over!.

The MA radio looks to odd for me really, id much rather a boxy design similar to those logitech squeeze boxes (maybe not so compact!). Any suggestions?

    Pure One Flow:
    http://www.amazon.co.uk/PURE-Flow-Po.../dp/B004E9SLOK

A smidge over budget - might be gettable on a sale or some other pure 'flow' model might be available, they do churn out quite a few and older models get some good price drops.

Re: Solid internet/dab alarm clock radio?

Well in the end I got something totally different , my friend kind of gave me a good slap of reality and that funds shouldnt be expended when not really needed! The fact i have my own internet streaming via my a/v reciever from either my PC or even my phone via bluetooth or 3.5mm jack and that can then stream internet radio etc, it means i have no need for that and all i really needed was a replacement for my old alarm clock radio, i just needed the solid reliable side of it which in the end i went for : http://www.amazon.co.uk/Philips-AJ31...091894&sr=8-10

Was £13 at the time and it does the job, better than my old sony in a few noticeable areas such as the lights are low enough to not be noticeable and annoying while sleeping but easy to see the time , but a silly mistake was having the on off/ radio/alarm under side instead of on top but apart from that its good solid and loud . I just use my phone as a secondary alarm with my favourite tunes so if it fails i have my main to wake me.

So not the initial choice but ended up saving a ton and met what i really needed .
