Play for most things, although I keep an eye on the high street stores in case any real bargains turn up.

Also made the mistake off ordering from splashdvd.com 'cause i got given a discount code for them. I pre-ordered LOTR The Two Towers for £11.99p delivered and i'm still waiting for it to turn up...a guy off another forum told me one film he ordered from them took 3 months to arrive...
Thanks for the comments on splashdvd.com (Wipes bookmark off of browser) wont order from them then.. thanks

    I order from the internet..
    www.play.com
    www.cdwow.com

and from the highstreet when there are deals on.

I don't usually buy dvd's often, unless there are some really really good offers on - online... or I'm desperate to buy a dvd in a shop
I can only think of Blood: The last vampire which I bought in hmv as soon as it came out, cos I was desperate!

Play.com are brilliant but www.dvd.co.uk are also top notch, either one is usually a couple of quid cheper than the other for a film that you want.

Il be getting x2 soon and they are both selling it for £12/£13 im happy with that

www.cd-wow.co.uk have some amazing bargains, if you use a £1 off link and a £1.50 voucher you can get £2.50 off all titles, and coupled with their already good prices, especially on some R3 titles, well, let the prices speak for themselves, so far i've bought :-

    Donnie Darko R1 - £5.49
    City of God (dts) R3 - £5.49
    Das Boot - Superbit R3 - £6.49
    Hero (dts) R3 - £8.49
    Shaolin Soccer R3 - £5.49
    xXx - Superbit R3 - £6.49
    Monsters Inc (thx) R2&4 - £7.49
    X-Men 1.5 EE (dts) R2&4 - £7.49
    Ronin R2 - £4.49
    Apocalypse Now : Redux R2 - £5.49
    Austin Powers 2 R2 - £5.49
    Austin powers 3 R2 - £5.49
    Bulletproof Monk (dts) R3 - £5.49
    Black Hawk Down R2 - £5.49

top quality service from them as well. top marks!

www.dddhouse.com have loads of titles for the equivalent of about £2, some good stuff to, shipping adds quite a lot to the final price though. they just asked me to send them a picture of my credit card so they could verify my order as it was a 'large order' (it was 16 DVDs) and it's the first time i've ordered from them. so i sent that off and they e-mailed me back saying all was ok, and they were processing my order. as long as they come up with the goods and they manage to avoid import tax on them all i don't mind.

i do indeed knoxxy, this is the £1 off link (everything displayed is already £1 off what you would see if you went through www.cd-wow.com) :-

    http://www4.cd-wow.com/index.php?affid=12347&pp_nr=1

and here is your £1.50 voucher (you need to select DVD in the drop down box) :-

    www.cd-wow.com/trustcard

and step by step instructions :-

    step 1 :- get a voucher (only 1 per e-mail address)
step 2 :- activate the voucher using the link in the e-mail
step 3 :- enter the cd-wow site via the £1 off link
step 4 :- add the dvd you want to your shopping basket
    step 5 :- press 'checkout'
step 6 :- press 'redeem gift voucher'
step 7 :- type in the voucher code you recieved in the e-mail into the e-voucher box and press 'go'
step 8 :- continue with your checkout as normal

you can only do this 1 DVD at a time, and only 1 voucher per e-mail address (ie. create loads )

happy shopping! don't spend £140 on DVDs in one day like i did, well, unless you've actually got the money that is!
