Tbh, that is pretty cheap, and as with most things in life, you get what you pay for - and that is particularly true for power supplies. Cheaper isn't necessarily better value for money.
I found this http://www.maplin.co.uk/30a-13.8v-sw...-supply-509268
400W continuous, 450W peak.
If you want quality/reliability, try this

What is the application you have in mind for it?

I need it to power this for headway cells Im planning to use on my ongoing KW project.
So far I have the seat support almost done , so now all I need to do is adapt a " stroller pack " so I can use it like a swingarm. This just for temporary use until I hopefully can build new one - kneewalker ( all going well ) with integrated motor / controller etc
If your interested can read more about it here
Seems meanwells are the best source out there - the 15volts on the 600 fusion is too low for my needs.

Can't log into the project page, but you might gind a dedicated battery charger worth looking at.
http://www.amazon.co.uk/Multi-25000-...160&sr=8-2
or
http://www.amazon.co.uk/CTEK-25000-1...2501312&sr=8-1
Similar specs, but the first has more control, the second is meant for fixed installation in the 'vehicle'. Both are designed for 12V systems though.
The mfrs web site us here
http://www.ctekchargers.co.uk/?gclid...FSTLtAodFy8ALQ
There are 24V charging systems listed there.. The prices for the first two units I linked to look to be cheaper from the mfrs website than Amazon.
