    Seabiscuit

I had NO IDEA what this was about, other than a race horse.

It is tear jerking, feel good factor from top to bottom. Woul;dnt wanna watch it again because you only need towatch it once.

Good cast ("Spiderman" Tobey McGuire and Jeff Bridges) good story (sorry state race horse, abused to help other horses win by forcing it to loose) and a weird horse trainer who is a bit of a nutter, get together cos Jeff Bridges is the man who owns Buick motor cars...

they wanna win....they try bloody hard...

its a very very good film, you CAN stop it half way through to make a cuppa and not lose the tension, cos the races are the tense bits and the rest just really .....nice.

Get it for ya mum for Christmas if she like a sob near the end.....

Get if for ya Dad if he likes it when ya mum sobs

and rent it yaself, dont tell anyone, and sob anyway.

and not cos its sad...its not. Its blummin ace

Very very strong feel good factor, and I cant have watched something like it for a long while cos it made me all goosebumpy

but rent it...dont buy it....cos you might not wanna see it again. Through no fault of its own.

and ignore the weird name, the boring box and the fact that its not very famous.

As good as The Cider House Rules, although totally different.

    7/10

I rented this the other week - really enjoyed it and got intrigued by the 'true story' aspect so bought the book. Amazing story of everyone concerned, from the horse to rider to owner to trainer. Normally the facts are stretched to make a film but they're condensed for this one.
