Asus Xonar 7.1 DS soundcard for Windows 8

Does anyone know whether Asus or anyone else has managed to create drivers that actually allow the DS to work on Windows 8?

Well that's worrying. This is the first I've heard of it not working on Windows 8. Good job I haven't upgraded yet. I'd lose both my wireless AND my sound.
