    What refresh rate do I set my screen to?

    I am plugging my computer into my Samsung TV for watching films (exact model is ue40d6530)

    On my PC I have the intel hd graphics control panel. Should it be set to 60hz in the control panel and on the TV? If so, should it be 60i or 60p? Playback is bad. It plays everything sort of slowly. No movement looks right. Not smooth at all. So odd
