Ikea Trådfri/Tradfri and Amazon Alexa failing to link

Hello,

Has anyone successfully linked their Ikea Trådfri app to Amazon Alexa? When I try (for the last two days) all I get is an error "Problem connecting to Amazon. Please try again" (screenshot https://www.dropbox.com/s/ooavl824j4...oblem.jpg?dl=1
). I've added the skill to Alexa, and logged in with my Amazon account, and the skill is showing as Enabled. Scanning for devices finds nothing, but I'm guessing it won't until I've completed the Ikea Trådfri integration part.

Just interested is anyone has had no issues at all, or if someone has a clue what to do?

A friend also bought the Ikea Trådfri Gateway and kit, and he had no issue pairing his Alexa on his Android phone. I tried an iPhone 7 also which didn't work. Could be the latest iOS version is bugged.

The iOS appears to have been fixed and linking now works!

Thanks for the update - I guess no one here uses the Ikea kit.

I do, and linked it to my Alexa a couple days ago. Must admit, it took me a while to figure out all the authorisation settings in the different apps
