RCA phono leads - help me avoid the duds and snakeoil

I am in need of a few sets of phono leads. It's been so long since I last bought any that some brands no longer exist and others now cost a small mortgage. Can anyone steer me to some good budget friendly RCA phono leads that won't break the bank but actually come with proper shielding and a decent reliability/durability?

I've used QED cables in the past, with good results. My best advice though: wait until you're in your 50's & you won't be able to hear the difference between a cheap set of cables and the 'high end' ones...

TBH, I have some cables that were given to me that are oxygen free monocrystal copper wiring with hellish expensive connectors on the ends which I gather cost an obscene amount, and even when I as 20 with really good hearing I couldn't tell the difference between those and the cheap stuff.

I use the cheap ones, they are more bendy

Royal Mail tsk tsk. 1 week to deliver a 2nd class parcel is not what I'd call acceptable given the stated target is 1-3 days.
