    I discarded the colour information, added a diffuse glow filter over it...



    It looks so grainy mainly because I resized it from a filthily un net friendly 2048 x 1536 to 640 x 480...

    Its of the rear view of my house by the way...

    Constant free trials, but if you don't like that then I really do recommend Elements 3 (preferred two). It is an essential program, and it's not just useful for photos.
