i think they've been drinking again (not me this time) cos i check last weeks AP again after seeing this weeks issue and again they have the s70 at £209 in the picture ad?!!! in the listings its £299 - still a good price, but both weeks have £209 written under the picture of the camera next to the description!

might be worth giving them a ring just in case

yeah, well it might be correct as the s80 is about to/has just come out...so its likely the s70 is going to be going cheap...

well, it tried the a95 and wasn't overly impressed but may have been a duff copy. all the shots were out of focus so I took it back...and got my P200! \o/
but the s70 is meant to be really good so hopefully the s80 just builds on that...the olny down side is that because its canon they feel they can charge more. similarly nikon. as i mentioned before I looked at similar 7mpix cameras by canon and nikon and they weer basically castrated when it came to their functions! and they were the best part of £100 more than my P200...which focused faster, had more customizability and all the rest of it. bloody cheek!
