i dont understand why you can find a film scary, its a film damnit, although i agree with the matrix one

But seriously, a few films have made me jump before, but that's just a reaction to a fast change in the film, which wouldnt be true to life anyway, Unless people can appear in front of some one in 24th of a second. I watch clockwork orange for the first time last night, i thought it was a really good film, doesn't seem very dated either, which was surprising.

    Yummie
Nothing like showing this movie to a couple of female friends (without telling them about the "twist" and not showing the cover)

I haven't seen the headstamping in American History X. But you might want to compare it to a similar scene in the movie "Irreversible".

Audition kinda went too far. Watched once and never again.

Although a good film, most of eXistenZ made me feel ill! Lots of squelching noises, most of it is like a bad dream!!

..and Blair Witch made me ill cos of the way it was filmed - felt a bit sea sick!

I've had a lot of sobering thoughts in my time.... It was them that started me drinking.

American history X part, yeah X/

Im pretty sure it will be only me who thinks this, but the bit in Saving private ryan, where the american bloke is slowly stabbed in the chest after a long fight (with the bloke they captured and let go, early on)

Another vote for the American History X curb scene. Well filmed as well.
