Free Digital filters?

As title basically... Anyone know anywhere I can pick up some free digifilters?

As in the ones you can get for Photoshop...

I've seen some really great ones, and tried the demos ~ but I can't justify the somewhat huge cost of them :O

So, is there anywhere I can pick up some similar sorts of things for free?
