ok it 's not actually been announced as of yet but should be within the next 24hrs and from what i gather will be similar in looks to the e300 will have 7.5mp and have a live preview tilt/twist lcd screen aswell as ovf
bit of rumur blurb stolen from other forums
----
The sensor is speculated a 7.5mp Panasonic MOS sensor, having simplified circuitry to improve noise and sensibility, as well as long time exposure.
Besides the optical viewfinder the LCD back has two electronic live view modes:
Mode A using a special CCD in the path of optical viewfinder to pick-up live image. Because this CCD has 0.83mp response time is much quicker, claiming the LCD refresh rate is same as without live view mode.
Mode B flipping up the reflex mirror and use the MOS sensor itself for macro shooting. Auto focus is also done with the imaging sensor.

so what do you lot think about this , i for 1 think if the camera is a good performer ,ie better iso and shooting performance that the e300/e500 then olympus will have a unique and probably very popular camera on there hands especially if they can put the price in between the e300 and e500
