    thats a shame

Why is it so poor? Just not as good as Spiderman?

Thing is....the Hulk is so DAMN BIG...I always wondered how it would work on a screen

well as i'm steering clear of g&d right now i'll post in here and try and calm down a bit.

Its poor imo because it tries to be everything for everyone, its not deep and insightful enough to be an intelligent film and doesn't have the action to be an action film.

The acting however is top drawer, and when the hulk does kick off its worth seeing as it is VERY well done.

If ang lee had just stuck to the kids audience they were aiming for and gone with more action it would have been a rival to spiderman.

My little brother of 8 sums it up best i think "the fighting bits were good the rest was boring"

Knox just knows I am going to defend it now

I personally liked it. I thought it was too mature than it should have been, therefore will not appeal to younger kids, like your brother Knox.
I think that the CGI was not crap - the trailers made it out to be so - but its hard to make 15ft Green dude look real is it not?
The action was pretty good, especially an exciting chase through the desert which leads to a city.
Acting - top notch! Jennifer Connely is beautiful and plays Betty Ross brilliantly! Eric Bana - brilliant! Really captures Bruce Banner's anger and it shows in the transformation scene.
Nick Nolte who plays Banner's dad is as usual pretty damn good. Until the end but i wont spoil a thing.
Sam Elliot - i only like him since Tombstone and he is perfect in the role of an army general kind of guy. See: We Were Soldiers.
Josh Lucas was also good - i love those kinds of characters! You know the ones, sly...pretend to be your friend then BAM they double cross you. See: Burke from Aliens.

Good film in my opinion. Action isnt over-used if not UNDER-used!

we could go on forever arguing about it. its a marmite film and it shows in the way its divided me and mojo's opinions completely.
