That's a really nice picture! I like the way the light's trying to seep in from the right
Just two small things.. Is it me or is it a little grainy?
Also I reckon you should compress your pictures slightly less

I mean in terms of Jpeg compression..... It's a little bit noticeable..

nice, you should maybe think of using some ND's and get the exposure slowed down, would then get the 'magic' effect to the water.
i dunno, i like it how it is. that effect is great sometimes but its nice to have a pic without it too for a change.
i like it shiato, that bank leads me nicely to the trees in the middle and its a nice subtle wintery light that suits it.
i think its probably the sharpening but the lettering is a little jagged. other than that its a nice classy frame.
actually this one was done handheld and I did hold a ND grad filter infront of the lens as well, tilted 90-ish degree so the brighter waser was darkened. again all handheld and a bit spur of the moment, I wasn't sure that I'd have been able to get that misty water effect at the time as it was quite bright out when I did it. perhaps an ND (non-grad) and a tripod would have done the trick...had the dog rushing around though so tripod wasn't an option. I had it with me but just didn't use it for this one.
