A friend ask me if I know where I can find some Carl Zeiss Jena or Pentacon lense, the really old kind. Specifically these two
Carl Zeiss Jena Sonnar 135mm f2.8 MC
Pentacon 135 f/2.8 MC
Any ideas ?

ebay or jessops did have a classic camera section
Pick up a copy of Amature Photographer and traul though the used adds at the back. There are loads of companies that specialise in older classic comera bodies and lenses
I've got one lens around here somewhere, along with a Canon EF>M42 adaptor..

jessops have closed their classic cameras section. there are a load of them down around the British Museum in London if you can get down there...thats where the jessops 'classics' store is/was as well as a few others in the area.
go pick up a copy of Amateur Photographer and in the back (rather the back half of the magazine) are loads of adverts...seek and ye shall find.

I suppose I could do, I've no idea where the zoom lens for it is at the moment though, nor do I have any clue of how much it's worth, or even if it's in full working order?Originally Posted by Hans Voralberg

I've got a Carl Zeiss Jena DDR Tessar 2.8/50 attached to a faulty Zenit-E with a light meter. Unfortunately I only got about 2 and 2 half photos when I last put a film through it light meter works though... plus I've got a Zenit B that works with a Helio 58mm lens on it...
What camera do you have?
