Does anyone know any wireless audio and video streamers that do audio as well as the squeezebox 3 does it?

I'm thinking the squeezebox sounds pretty great, but how much greater would it be if it could stream video too.

However, I haven't heard of anything that does both audio and video in a streamlined way.
