    Is my Corsair TX750w dead?

Hi, my rig has been refusing to post for the past two weeks, ever since I installed my new GPU. I've tried everything to get it working, including switching ram, GPUs, motherboards, coolers, etc, etc.

However, someone suggested to me that the problem may actually lie with my PSU. Is it possible/likely that my PSU was unable to handle the extra power draw from my new card (a factory overclocked 560Ti) and that's why my system isn't working?

Also I should note that I've had the PSU for 3.5 years now. Is it possible that the components in the PSU have degraded over time to the point that they no longer work properly anymore? I should also note that I've tried switching back to my old GPU and that hasn't worked either.
