I started an RMA around 2 weeks ago. I sent my defective H60 last friday and yet you apparently haven't received it according to your website. I thought, why not phone up and ask if it has been received yet, I cannot call you. The phone number given beeps a few times then ends as if engaged and it is impossible to find a way to contact the RMA team via email.
When I enter my rma number on the website it says number/password is incorrect :S but if I click the link in the email you sent me it works.
Any help?
