Do I win anything?
You win the right to purchase 900d for everyone who's disappointed lol
Yep in block capitals with a million exclamation points
So what do you guys think? Do you guys like the ID? Is $399 the right price range for all the hardware you're getting in a bundle?
First thing I tried was shoving my clock forwards to 0.0.0
I think the next time Corsair decide to get people excited about a new product with a clever and intriguing teaser the product that gets launched really has to be a NEW product, instead we get offered a case with loads of bundled accessories and the case is not even particularly attractive at that. When I looked at the case in the video on the Corsair page, I just thought it would be too big for my living room, my wife would complain about the looks and it doesn't look like it would blend in with or match anything else in the room. As for having coolers and PSUs pre-selected, why not pick a mobo, CPU, (Corsair) RAM, (Corsair) SSD and GPU then assemble it as well? So much has been done that I would feel like I'm out of the loop when it comes to the assembly part anyway, as far as I'm concerned picking the components is much part of the build as putting them together. In short Bulldog = EPIC FAIL, so it's a 'no' from me.
Like Noxvayl, I really wish the video had been about the Lapdog, now I wouldn't have seen that coming, Lapdop is a real solution to a genuine problem, answering the question on how to create a usable living room/bedroom comfortable computing environment. Once that question has an answer then I think more people will start thinking about living room and HTPCs.
