I'll send him a direct email about this to let him know that this is already urgent.

Yup, no problem. Just got a confirmation from our customer. They will contact you shortly, if they haven't already.
I sent a pm about the replacement case as that was damaged in shipping with the same loose front panel that seems to be a design defect.
