K70 RGB Winlock & Brightness Button

I cannot change the colour of these buttons, can anyone tell me how to wipe the KB's on board memory?

I simply want to use the type lighting key press, but these buttons are stuck on white and red.

I've already reinstalled the software and restarted nothing seems to work.

Even If I change bios profiles at the back they are stuck.

hey Epic, Sorry for not getting back to you sooner on this one.

You will need to call our tech support so they can walk you through on clearing the KB's onboard memory. You can call there at 1-888-222-4346 and ask for a Technical Specialist. You can use Skype to call them.

I also can't change the colour of the Winlock and brightness buttons (both are white and the Winlock goes blue when pressed)... Sometimes both of these buttons will be pink for some reason when booting the PC!

You can change the Winlock key by right clicking on the key in the UI and select indicator. Under that option, you can select the color that you want when Winclock is on and off.
