Just wondering if you sell replacement wireless receivers for the Corsair VOID headset?
Managed to break mine so need a replacement

I honestly don't know 100% if we have those receivers as a spare part, but if we don't, I'm pretty sure that I can pull some strings to get you a replacement. Submit an RMA request and post your ticket # here so I can use it as a reference.

Thanks man. I just looked at it and that's not me, It's one of our tech support guys.
So I just got off the phone with one of the customer service reps. Looks like we do not have that part yet as a replacement. So what I'd suggest is, lets get that headset replaced via RMA. As for the shipping arrangement, I'll work something out for you. We'll use your current ticket # to process this RMA.
If you have questions about it, let me know. Also, I'll be handling your ticket from this point on.

Just print out the label that our customer service will send to you shortly (probably sent already). Once you have everything packed up, send it back to us and we'll send you a replacement headset.
Those two are the same. That label is actually a call tag, so all you have to do is set up a schedule pick date with UPS and they will come at your place and pick up the package.... its more convenient
Just in case you run into any issues during the process, let me know right away
