Question possible ram issue causing motherboard speaker to beep???

hi guys, looking for some help with this recent issue i have been having. my system specs are

amd 6300 black edition 3.6ghz (no OC)
    gigabyte 78lmt-usb3
    radeon 7850 le
    corsair vengeance 8gb ( 2x4gb slot 1 and 2 occupied)
    500w ps (corsair cx500)
    500gb hard drive
    windows 8 pro

had this system for 4 weeks or so now, but the last 2 days, when my pc is under load, playing gdrid 2 for example, the onboard speaker will randomly beep...sometimes long beep, 5 seconds or so, sometime 1second, sometime 1 beep, others multiple beeps but all random in length.

my cpu temp is really low at this point, 42 degrees, graphics barely on 50 degrees...but taking my side panel off, i can feel the heat from the ram is really bad....could this be causing my beep issue, its only under load, not web browsing, or watching video, just game playing. i have made no changes to my system, and this is the first ive heard it last 2 days or so. cpu and gpu are good temps, so im guessing ram is the only other factor???

any input would be great, its really annoying me now. no beeps on start up either...just when playing games. tried memtest but it doesnt seem to boot up when booting from the cd on startup.

    thank you

Try running memtest from USB and see if you can run it from there, see link, http://forum.corsair.com/v3/showthread.php?t=85818

If memtest is clean.. then next stop would your PSU. It may be the 12v rail is running over/under spec when your system is under load.

thanks for the reply, i eventually got memtest running and left it 12hrs running, every pass was clean no errors...i noticed the beep was different from the start up beep, sounds more like my onboard audio is making the noise, i disabled it, and its stopped. my reltek ethernet doesnt respond says it cant find it, in deep sleep mode message i get, my audio is reltek so could be related, its stopped now onboard audio dissabled anyway.
