Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO16GB 3200 MHz DDR4 & MSI MORTAR B450M?

I can only afford 16gb of ram at present which will be Corsair Vengeance RGB PRO16GB 3200 MHz DDR4 CMW16GX4M2C3200C16, but they are not listed in the MSI QVL for the Mortar B450M, this motherboard is also not listed in the CORSAIR MEMORY FINDER..

Corsair CMW32GX4M4C3200C16 is listed in the MSI QVL, so could i used CMW16GX4M2C3200C16 and purchase another 2 later to fill the 4 slots?

Think i,m trying to say is the CMW32GX4M4C3200C16 4 sticks of 8GB were the CMW16GX4M2C3200C16 is the same memory but 2 sticks of 8GB? and will Corsair CMW16GX4M2C3200C16 be compatible with Mortar B450M Motherboard and Ryzen 2700x?
