Is dominator worth it?

What is the difference (or what performance difference will be noticed) between Twin XMS2 PC2-6400 dominator 4-4-4-12 and standard Twin XMS2 PC2-6400 4-4-4-12? Is it a £20 well spent?

And the pro sticks too for that matter

The plain PC6400C4 is our normal heat spreader which is fine, the Pro has the LEDs, and the Dominator is the newest heat sink design. Underneath, they are all the same memory. The plain sticks work just fine. The Pro's cool slightly better than the plain 6400. The Dominator heatsink is the best cooling design and has a higher voltage tolerance. IMO, the Dominator is worth the extra money.
