Nice guide, never OC'ed a CPU before, only GPU, and the first time was yesterday, and I was amazed by the results. Will look into CPU over clocking a little more.

What motherboard do you have? Have you considered swapping out your i7 for a xeon? Those bad boys like the X5650 can really fly and are well worth the £50 upgrade
