Yes, thats what I have said - but I need to wait until their factory opens after CNY.

David if you want to run the system in 1:1 i think you are going to need powerstrip to do it. While i was reading up on all these types of screens i'm pretty sure that is the only way that people could get it setup.

Just out of interest, why not used VGA?

As i understand it HDMI has to comply with HDCP DRM so surely your going to just get less problems with VGA?

I have the same type of samsung but the 32" version and I have my laptop plugged into it via VGA with 7.1 sound off the laptop and it works a treat, no borders runs at the correct res and the pic quality is perfect.

I use 3 TFT's on my main rig and shuttledownstairs, the 2 on my main PC are DVI and the shuttle VGA, I have these things side by side and there really is no difference in pic quality between the inputs.
