Probably an overclocked korean import - keep an eye on ebay.
From what I can see you really one with strobe backlighting that supports your GPU.
I would add that to my requirements and save up a little more.
You'll get a much more pleasant experience from a middle end IPS 60hz monitor than a cheap 144 one IMHO. If you're willing to go Korean 200quid will get you into 29" ultra wide territory

Depends what you want to use it for, if you're into fast paced games etc then I would probably recommend 120hz+, whereas if you like slower paced games, and are a big fan of impressive visuals etc then I would probably recommend IPS.
I've currently got a U2711 and have considered going to a 120hz+ as a lot of the games I play are fairly fast paced, and I often turn down graphics settings anyway so the better colours aren't a massive thing. But I currently use it for all of my TV/Film etc so I haven't made the switch yet.
if u are not playing competitive FPS games like CS:GO, its not worth the upgrade
Agree with the above, if you are playing pay style games, go for it. If not, why bother.
I found a BenQ XL2420T on gumtree for £100.
Bad points - contrast for normal use, web pages, word docs etc is poor even after a fair bit of colour calibration.
Good points - Games look fantastic, I didn't think you would be able to tell much of a difference between 60fps and 90-120fps, but my God you can. If the frame rate ever falls back into the 60fps region it does look stuttery.
I am now a convert to 120 / 144mhz 1ms monitors and would not go back.
IPS for static images and photos etc.
144mhz TN for gaming, assuming your GPU can manage it.
