My icons keep on flipping moving!

Basically occasionally when I boot into windows my icons are on the other monitor scrambled (I run dual monitor).
Just wondering whether if its because the monitors have different resolutions but it is pretty annoying so a solution would be pretty nice too!

Are you using a AMD or Nvidia GPU.

I had this happen to me when I had a dual monitor set up years ago. I found that the different resolutions causes the problem. I then got matching monitors and it resolved itself.

I'm sure there are a better work around these days, but having not run dual monitors in quite some time, I'm not sure what the options are.

I also have this issue the way I solve it is by using display fusion's ability to save icon layouts so I just saved one and bound it to a combination of keys
