    Best Monitor Connectiuon.....

    My Dell display (2560x1440) has inputs for DVI-D, DisplayPort and HDMI, and my GPU has outputs for them also.

    I have always used the DVI-D because I got a high quality cable many years ago, but is there any advantage in changing over to one of the other connectors?

    HDMI will be bit mapped (pixel mapped ?) and will have HD sound but apart from that.....

    DisplayPort is the most advanced of those, but if you already have a 60Hz+ image then it won't make any actual difference.
