What is the best 27" 4K monitor????

Hope you can help. I am looking for the best 27" 4K monitor.
Budget £400.
Needs USB-C
Needs USB 3.0
Needs a high refresh rate.

Using it for CAD work.

Also some high quality gaming. For the Warzone boys out there!

I don't think there are any high refresh rate 4k monitors for £400. Try doubling your budget.

At that price range, I think the Asus TUF Gaming VG289Q is the one to beat. The only thing lacking here is response time but I think most 4k monitors are around 5ms.
