Which PSU for a very thin sli system (500 blue storm or ??)

I was thinking of building a new system with:
    1hd
    1 sli mb
    2 pci cards
    1 optical drive
    2 gb ram
    1 cpu
    1 7900gt

Initally I was going to go with blue storm 500W but if I did the match correctly this psu might not be sufficient to drive the system if i add a second 7900gt. If this is the case what would you recommend?

You can use FSP Epsilon 600W or 700W which are both certified by ATI CrossFire & NVIDIA SLI.

More info on these 2 models

Was king of hoping to stick with ENS-0560G, fortron 500w blue storm or fortron 600w fx600-gln. Mostly due to cost the blue storm is around 80 and the other two are around $110. The seasonic would run $160. So 1.3x more.

The model name for Epsilon 600 is actually FX600-GLN as you mentioned above.
