anyone managed to get virtua tennis 3 on pc

i preordered vt3 on play.com for release 30/03 they took my money two days before and then on my account it said item posted the 31st but i got no email by the following friday no game soi check again and it says processing so i phone up and they say game came late they have it now though so will send at the weekend my game says posted but no email and again its thursday and i have no game


so is it actually out or what as i am getting really pi***d off with this
keep getting fobbed off on the phone that its being sent and no game


have never had a single problem with play before ordered over 50 things all turned up ok

Please use punctuation in your posts..just as a courtesy to those reading it

Play can be slow with delivery - things can take up to 2 weeks to arrive (although usually its 2-3 days). They probably have stock issues, and are being told wrong information from their suppliers (which inturn they are passing on to you).

Also remember it was easter last weekend, which really slows things down..and of course the final thing to remember is that it is sent via royal mail, so its 50/50 whether it will turn up at all. I personally would give it a few more days, and if its not arrived by Monday give them a call and complain again.

Well it's in stock.....

Although I think it might be a Play.com issue TBH
and they did have the HUGE sale over Easter so they might have a huge backlog of orders

the issue is not the speed its that twice my order has said posted but when i spoke to them it has not even been sent out yet.

and the order was made early to mid march

also apologies for the lack of punctuation i didnt realise that after completing 12 years of schooling that i would have no choice on whether i want to use it or not
