Lucky dip sounds the most fair to me. An online game wouldn't work because of timezone and schedule differences. Likewise, setting challenges in some games is also not fair, as there will be those who want to win, yet don't own/play the game in question. The same goes for game trivia - you have to spend a lot of time playing games to be able to amass it, and, old games trivia favours older members. By activity or 100,000th post favours those who use the forum more, as posting more frequently increases your chances of hitting 100,000, albeit by a smidgeon. I would say giving a game to each MOTM sounds good, but then, the chances of me getting that prestigeous award are fairly small.
