I downloaded "Army Ops" the other day which turned out to be a new version of America's Army. I got bored with the training, decided to play a proper game, then realised you need to sign up and crap so I thought stuff it. I'll be bothered sometime.

Started playing it again yesterday, was so glad my old account still worked, I really could not be aresed to do the shooting range again.

Quite like the game, bit slow sometimes but it makes a nice change. Also how many points do I have to score to get my honor to rise?

Once you have seen it you will never be the same
Life in the fast lane is just how it seems
Hard and it is heavy dirty and mean

Currently been playing AAO since begining of the year, we've got our own dedicated server and are currently in the TWL league.

Howard, what do you mean sign up, you register an account for use ingame, and to store all your stats, no obligations just stick in a game name and await your confirmation and use the same one ingame and away you go.

Takes all of 30 seconds to set it up and waiting for their e-mail

It's a game that you'll either like or completely hate, people don't seem to like some of the more realistic factors and prefer a game like CS which is far quicker, or even UT which is even quicker.

It's used as a promotional tool by the US army, instead of their flop of a television advertising campaign. The trainings dead easy although like most games takes a little bit of practice.

Just because it's free people seem to love to slag it off, but as with most things it's personal choice, I personally love the game, find it far more rewarding than playing CS or UT2K3, although I spend a fair while on those too.

Trash Man - You'll need a 1000 points between 0 & 20 honour to go up an honour point, after that it rises by a thousand for every 10 honour, so to go from 31 - 32 you'll need 3000 points.

    Our server Ip's : 195.20.108.92:1716
Although you'll need to play on official servers to gain honour, these are all currently based in the USA and I prefer the lovely low pings we get from our server.

Any info you need then pop onto our forums as pointed out by Private_mojo or onto our IRC channel on quakenet #gsv-aao or our main clan channel #clangsv

    Myo
