I always thought Jan\Feb time, all those big releases that get delayed always fall late Feb and early March.
that graph doesnt really show much. Its completely random where the developer sets there dates for release/starts to develop etc etc.
I thought topic was discussing number of games released.. it's actually just looking at review scores and gives no indication of the standard error of each value - I would expect some of the lowest and highest averages to come about through a lower sample size, which would be reflected in a larger error bar, probably bring the possible scores back in line with everything else.
