Guitar hero world tour - who has it, and what you reckon?

As title really, who has got a copy and what do you all reckon?

I got it at the weekend and I think its brilliant if not a little easy (shredding it up in hard at the moment and not doing bad!), not too sure of the slider pad though. I think it would have been better with a slider further down, and another set of buttons further up the neck.

I must say the tracklist is much better than RB2!

I think there just time consuming, its one of those things that I had a quick go of but got bored quickly and wanted to get on with the game. It will be much better when more tracks become available for download. Its just a shame that its quite easy. There is only 1 song I cant do on hard, but I much prefer the layout and the way the game is played.

I got rid of the full rockband set to get it, as the drums were taking up too much room, so I dont have any intention on getting the full kit when its out. However, I reckon that will make it much more playable if you had a couple of people to play with i.e drums and bass (I think singing is pants personally)

I've got the whole lot on preorder, unfortunately the whole band set comes out 14th compared to the game + guitar only out on 7th

The music creation system has gotten rave reviews, although I can't say that I see myself spending much time at all in there, unless I really become bored with nowt else to do.

I'll have to have a quick check of the cross-compatibility between these new instruments and the rock band stuff, if it all matches then that's 2 things on my xmas wishlist I know there's a post around here somewhere with it on...

I was planning on getting the GH:WT full pack but decided against it. I'll pick up the RB2 full kit and just get the solo GH game. I preferred RB1 to GH3.

Well, seems the 360 version is fully compatible with each other for World Tour and Rock Band 2... RB1 they're just unknown on the drums part. That's still fine for the guitar parts though.

Picked this up straight away, guitar is nice, however the touch pad on mine seems ludicrously sensitive. If i dont turn it off it takes great pleasure in hitting notes for me that arnt there, waiting on an email back from activision. Game itself is great though, 5 tracks left on expert now grrr.

Good to hear that new guitar is compatible with original RB, ill get that this weekend! Not fussed about the full kit to be honest, its a pain getting the drum kit out all the time and if I leave it out the dog will chew it when im not looking!
