If I had the time I would go back and play one of the 60 games in my library still awaiting my attention.

Alhough for me I would love to replay FFIX (9).

Without a doubt Freespace 2, the story and mystery absolutely gripped me. Second would be Homeworld, but I'm going to get to do that soon enough with the remastered edition

Legend of Zelda without a doubt, one of my favourite games as a kid!

Also KOTOR/ KOTOR 2 were utterly brilliant! Lucky for me just picked them up in the recent steam star wars sale for a couple of quid each. Bet you can't guess what I've been doing

I would definitely go back and play Syndicate, the entire Halo series, Mass Effect 1,2,3, Darksiders, Final Fantasy 10, Black Light, and Crash Bandicoot.

Re: Games you would go back and play if you had the time

It's an entirely different type of game and would require a time machine but I'd go back and play hide the sausage with the girls I didn't realise were into me at the time, of which there were (relatively speaking) quite a few.

'Game game' wise I was a terrible nerd (hence the above) and didn't miss much 'back in the day' but I do wish I hadn't lost touch with the 2d fighter genre as I used to be quite good back in the SF2 / KoF 9x age. More than that though I wish I had more time to play games now.

Re: Games you would go back and play if you had the time

I've got one I miss, it is called the Sleep Game. What you do is you plonk your head on a pillow and see if you can guess the time when you wake back up

    /Sarcasm does it count?
"If at first you don't succeed; call it version 1.0" ||| "I'm not interrupting you, I'm putting our conversation in full-duplex mode" ||| "The problem with UDP joke: I don't get half of them"
"I’d tell you the one about the CIDR block, but you’re too classy" ||| "There’s no place like 127.0.0.1" ||| "I made an NTP joke once. The timing was perfect."
"In high society, TCP is more welcome than UDP. At least it knows a proper handshake."

I always liked shadowrun and super Mario world on the snes. Might dig out my SNES ROMs and give them a Go again.
