Some sort of description about the game or a link to some screenshots may help, or even asking if anyone here has played it...

It looks like a borderlands/ Team Fortress 2 cross so if you like those then maybe. Platform wise I suppose it depends on which you play more and where most of your friends are. Performance should be best on the PC through Steam but if you prefer to play online through Live then go that way.

    Re: Monday Night Combat

Well was kind of hoping that people that had played it would be drawn to the thread.

From what I can gather its a third person shooter, team based and with tower defence elements thrown in.

Looks wise its very similar to to Team Fortress 2

Will probably pick it up at some point just wondered what peoples opinions of it was so far?

    Re: Monday Night Combat

You're quite right, it is a team-based, TF style 3rd person shooter with tower defence elements, and a pretty cool one at that.... well worth the pretty cheap asking price imho.

Lots of variety and cool tricks you can play with the different classes, loads of nuances. There's a good review here, and as it points out, the only downside is the odd lag jitter....

Oh, and I play the Xbox version. Wasn't aware there was a PC version, actually....?
