Please tell my my order is going to come on monday.

I'm not best pleased here.

I placed my order last friday, however due to an error in the stock system the cpu I ordered wasn't in stock, although it was still showing as in stock on the monday, so I phoned up and had the cpu removed (As I didn't want to wait untill the end of the week for they to come in incase of delays, little did I know )

My order was suposed to be shiped on tuesday and was delayed, I phoned up and was told it would go that day.
Now I realise you're rather busy, but it wasn't shiped on tuesday, it was delayed again and not shipped on wednesday and I got a third delayed email on thrusday.

it was originally going to be shipped to my work address but as we only had a half day today I couldn't garranty collection, so when I phoned I ask to get it shiped to my home address on monday.

Today I get another delayed email.

I've just tried to phone up to find out what happened and if it will come on monday.
after over 5min on hold I was hung up on.
So I phoned again, I was answered after 2min on hold, I gave the lady my order number to which she said "I'll just put you on hold a minute while I check with the warehouse" over 5min on hold later I'm hung up on again.

I'm going to be royally off if I don't get this delivery on monday as it'll be a week late by then and will not then be shipped untill thursday makeing the order two weeks late.

Well I've just phoned Customer service again and no it will not be monday.

Thursday earliest, excuse me if I don't hold my breath and actually expect it on thursday.

I'd also like to add that when I cancled the cpu I ordered it from another company who said 2-3 days wait and it came on wednesday.

hope it goes well dude, im not even sure city link will deliver on christmas eve (Monday) tbh

most places give a time scale to receive items before christmas (latest dispatch date) not sure what scans is but im suspecting friday for saturday delivery (paying for that saturday service ofcourse)

Any rough idea on a day Carl?

Excuse the grumpyness, but a was told everything was in stock and picked was just waiting shipping.

And I've seen a couple of threads from people who've ordered after I did and have already recieved there stuff.
