cs:source PodBot style program,running without steam for non-net pc?

i have a second pc with no net connection that is not at home,and i currently run cs.15 with podbot, and i hear source is getting something similar developed...now what i wanna do is no if i can adapt/hacl/mod whateva my source file so i can run it without steam as i have no net connection where the other pc is,so wont be able to play it otherwisehence why i wanna use podbot style source proggy... obviously have source on broadband at home so have all hl2 and source etc dled thru steam so is it possible to mod my files so i can play steam on a pc with no connection on podbot proggy without steam?and possibly HL2 aswell if possible.main concern is source tho

you should be able to load up steam, and then choose 'offline mode' and play fine with no net connection...

There is a hacked version of CS Source that allows offline play and no steam, but its the first version of CS S and has REALY crap bots and only a few maps... Dunno where to get it but I have seen it...

LMAO! it will be funny if i have to get a warez version in order to play offline when i have legal retail version lol
IS there any way i can patch or hack my files to run without steam like this warezed version then?as steam offline mode is very sketchy...

WTF HOW IS IT NOT LEGAL TO MODIFY YOUR OWN RETAIL VERSION?:S so that you can play it on non net pc with no horrid steam...
