    Unhappy

I'll have to give up on this for today

Managed to get a d/l link to work from ausgamers but then it said
    9 to 10 hours and that's @ 512dsl.

Tbh I find ausgamers works a treat around 7am gmt must be the time diff, so I'll leave it for the morning.

Still can't wait to get my sweaty mits on this puppy.

I had a quick blast against the AI last night on El Alamein. My thoughts:

The choppers are WAY easier to fly, they provide a lot more lift and haven't got quite as much intertia. It's easier to do fast manuevers and hover over bases. The rockets do even more damage now so a chopper is even more deadly. BUT - two stingers and any choppers is history.

Speaking of stingers, there's a nice new model. Very pretty.

All the guns have had their damage models reviewed, though I didn't notice any huge differences.

Few new sounds here and there.

You only tend to notice the new vehicles on the maps that have them supported, so until we see a few more servers update to the new version we won't be able to try it out properly. Looks good so far though.

Shame about the choppers being easier as I rather enjoyed the skill that it took to fly / land em esp the Hind when coming into land, used to crash that bugger quite offten, lol.
Still I suppose on the plus side you can concentrate more on taking out the enemy now

I hour 11 mins to go , been d/l since 630am this morning

The best helecopter model was the original one. Took a pr0 to fly a chopper instead of some nub who's played the game 5 minutes.
