BBC article - Gamers at risk of hearing loss

Oh BBC another badly written piece of clickbait. It should be "people who listen to things too loudly at risk of hearing loss". No kidding.

Re: BBC article - Gamers at risk of hearing loss

I've always avoided the in-ear headphones which apparently are the worst for causing damage to hearing.
That of course is based on long ago tests that may not be true today, I still hate them though, never found them comfortable.

I've mostly been an over ear wearer, though I do have a very light on ear headset at work which has not caused me any bother

Think my hearing went a long time ago due to standing by the bass bin at the local nightclub every Friday and Saturday night.
