    GAME discontinuing Trade-Ins

I think Mike Ashley has spelled the end of GAME as we knew it.
Not surprising, but does mean people on a budget or simply those enjoying retro gaming will now have to go to CEX in the high street.

I hope you enjoy loud bad music and strange smells while you shop! To be fair though, GAME was sometimes barely any better...

Hey, I enjoy the music in CEX The smells less so.

But yeah, I read this someone else and to paraphrase "handed the second hand market to CEX". To be fair Game wasn't my favourite, paying for a loyalty scheme...? But interesting to see them divesifying into toys and boardgames.

Surprised this didn't happen sooner as mentioned cex took the used market from them without a fight.

As for cex smelling, I have never noticed a smell in my local one, maybe I am part of them smell?
