I have been accepted onto the Beta for this new online game, but I have to sign a Non Disclosure Agreement and either fax or mail it back to them in Texas. This is the first time I have ever had to actually sign something and I am not sure whether it is worth it.

yeah its worth it, its standard for any beta - had to do the same for the Far Cry beta - just send it in and you'll get on the beta ok, just dont give any info about it to anyone, and dont distribute your copy and you'll be fine

Do they do it for the PS2?
