This whole HDTV and Xbox thing is a complete waste of time in my eyes, as if not spending nearly £300 on the system aint enough we have to spend another £1000 on an HDTV to be able to fully "experience the Xbox 360". I just disagree with the whole HDTV thing at the moment, until they bring them right down in price im going to be playing my 360 on a normal TV, same as the tens of thousands who are getting one will be. People save up for a long time for stuf like this, or hound thier parents to buy them for christmas without having to have the right TV. The bottom line is that the 360 is the most powerful games console at present, and this will show in the games that are being released and will be in the future.

Those of us with more money than sense, go get yourself the best HDTV that money can buy.. after all it will be worth it. All the rest of us should just stick with what we have and be grateful that we are one of the many thousands to get a 360, tens of thousands are going to be disappointed after all...

BrandX, it's OT, but you get a MUCH better deal getting Sky+ as a new customer than as an existing one (you can get it for £50 or something, rather than more like £150)... so if you're thinking you'll get caught up in a moment and want it at some point, it's probably better to take the new customer deal... or wait for Skys HD offering, which will probably cost more...

If it's not poker or computers I'm probably not interested...
